The target of this training is to improve the participants’ negotiating ability and interpersonal skills in the area of conflict resolution. The overarching aim is to improve the participants´ negotiation performance through enhancing their ability to:

  • Present information and arguments coherently to a diverse audience
  • Be diplomatic and empathic in dialogue
  • Recognize and deal skillfully with potential conflict areas

The main focus of the workshop is to supply the participants with the tools necessary to deal effectively with negotiations and conflict resolution in a cross-cultural environment.
