The workshop shows the participants how to extract the concept behind a group of alternatives and then use it to generate further alternatives and explore effective and creative solutions. Participants work through a series of challenges and PAR (Problem – Action – Results) activities and explore obvious and less obvious solutions. They engage in creative and lateral thinking to generate solutions to challenges and problems. They work and compete in teams to develop concepts, prioritise and analyse alternatives to meet the set challenges.
