A team’s success is based on the strengths of each individual and the team’s collective strength. In order to achieve common goals and master potential challenges the team members need to collaborate and grow together. Our outdoor team building events focus both on each individual in the team while strengthening the team as a whole. The activities are aimed to address areas ranging from team spirit and identity, team functioning, team leadership, roles and responsibilities, team conflict management and team communication.
Selecting exercises from our extensive range of activities we support corporate and professional teams to develop clarity of vision and purpose. We facilitate structural and process change in order for teams to deliver their objectives more effectively. Our team development programs usually contain a mixture of:

The warm-up includes personal introductions, introductions to the activity, its aims and the process
The team spirit is enhanced through fun collaboration. Participants learn that different tasks can be be best achieved through cooperation and using the strengths of the team effectively to overcome the challenges together. Mutual trust and cohesion are promoted and team spirit developsthrough the shared experience.
Sharing the experiences after the outdoor activity is an important part of the event. The skills used by individuals and the team are explored. The analysis and interactive transfer tasks help to leverage these strengths in the future on the job.
4. Relaxation & Feedback:
In a relaxed and informal atmosphere, we reflect on the outdoor team
building event. The open feedback session rounds off and completes the event.
