The TEC Adaptive Leadership Framework and learning program helps leaders and teams develop the mindset and capability to adapt to constant change.

The adaptive change framework comprises six stages that guide leaders and teams to build their own and others’ capacity to adapt and thrive in the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) economy.

In addition to the adaptive framework, we use the three stages and seven capacities of the U Movement to support leaders in realizing transformative work practices.
