Digital competence

The digital competence program supports leaders and teams to upskill for working effectively in the digital age. The program assesses people´s digital readiness using the Digital Maturity Assessment.

The workshops and self-learning assignments focus on cultivating a digital mindset and on building Six Digital Skills: use of digital technology, collaboration, digital networks, project management, customer experience, and data analytics.
