We customize the VILT program to suit your learning objectives and framework. We can host open VILT modules where participants from your organization across the globe can register for a certain course or number of modules and participate in the blended learning program, comprising pre-work, VILT and follow-up assessments and learning activities.

Team VILT / VILT program
We customize the VILT program to suit specific team learning and development objectives. Team members from across the globe or one region can participate in a designated learning program to develop specific competence and or develop the team capability.
Based on a team assessment and briefing with the team lead and or HRBP we design a learning concept aligned to the team’s development needs. A customized team learning portal is designed where the team members participate in the customized blended learning program, comprising pre-work, VILT and follow-up assessments and learning activities.
Participants work independently and in groups on the online learning activities, case-studies and their online mentor to achieve learning milestones and targets.
Participants can also participate in on-site team meetings within the organization throughout the program.
During the VILT, each team plans and develops an action plan that addresses a real organizational or programmatic challenge facing them.
