Resilience and ownership objectives

The objective of this module is to support the participant build ownership for setting their own life priorities, managing their schedules and working and life practices around these priorities. Through taking ownership and engaging in deliberate practice around their life goals, participants will build their resilience to deal with adversity, volatility and the increasing demands placed on them in a work place and a digital environment which can seem to require an “always on” mindset.

Instead of feeling empowered many people today are feeling stressed in the fast paced, changing workplace. Stress can be defined as a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances or mindset. The module benefits participants in both their personal and work lives and it enhances resiliency and productivity on the job.

In the module you will learn how to recognize stress triggers, address the causes of stress, employ tools to manage your resources better, cope better with stressful situations, and employ techniques and engage a mindset which helps you become more relaxed, resilient, empowered in your daily life.
