In this workshop, we aim to achieve the following objectives:
- Familiarize participants with the core principles and values of Agile Project Management.
- Provide a foundation for embracing agility in project delivery, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and customer-centricity
- Equip participants with practical knowledge of popular Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN, Design Thinking and Lean Management
- Provide practical experience for implementing agile practices
- Improve understanding of how Agile principles can contribute to effective collaboration and communication and can be adapted to various project contexts

- Introduction to Agile Project Management: Understanding the purpose and benefits and level of agility suited for specific project needs (the “Why”)
- Comparison: Agile values, principles, and philosophy in comparison to traditional Project Management (PM)
- Agile Methodologies: Introduction to key agile concepts (KANBAN, SCRUM, Design Thinking, Lean)
- Agile Practices: Engage in practical exercises, such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to reinforce Agile concepts with

Target Group
The Agile Project Management Workshop is designed for all team members within your organization. It's ideal for:

Methodology
Before the workshop:
- Pre-Workshop Survey: Prior to the workshop a survey will be carried out to assess the participants personal targets, current Project Management skills and experience
During the workshop:
1- 2 Day Virtual or Face-to-Face Workshop/Customized to clients’ needs
- Knowledge Transfer: Introduction to agile project management tools and practices, which accommodate change and flexibility in approach (e.g. Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Extreme Programming XP, etc.)
- Practical Exercises and Case Studies: Participants actively engage in workshops to apply agile project management tools and techniques to personal/organizational real-world scenarios
- Facilitator-Led Discussions: Participants share experiences, discuss challenges, and learn from each others’ insights
After the workshop:
- Real-World Application: Participants work on agile PM cases and real-world scenarios, applying Agile concepts to address challenges commonly faced in project environments and compares experiences to the participants’ own cases
- Certification and Quiz: Upon completion of the workshop, the participants receive a certificate of workshop completion and a badge demonstrating successful completion of the Agile Project Management Certification

This Agile Project Management program offers a comprehensive understanding of Agile PM. It offers a a comprehensive comparison of Agile values, principles, and philosophy compared to traditional Project Management. It introducekey methodologies like KANBAN, SCRUM, Design Thinking, and Lean.
The program focuses on practical application, using exercises such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives etc. Participants gain access to a practical Agile toolkit (Kanban, Scrum, Lean etc.) for integrating practices into their own projects.
In the 1-2 day workshop, the participants learn to apply agile tools and techniques to accommodate change and flexibility in their projects. Practical exercises and case studies enable active application of Agile methodology and techniques to real-world projects. Facilitator-led sessions and interactive exercises foster experience sharing and learning from peers.
Post-workshop, participants effectively apply agile concepts, tools and methodologies to their real-world projects. The program concludes with a certification, providing participants with a badge to demonstrate successful completion.
