Senior Leadership Development

In the Senior Leadership Program, leaders develop and enhance knowledge and awareness of future-fit leadership concepts required in the digital, dynamic environment to lead themselves and others effectively. The program covers five future-fit leadership fundamentals required for leading oneself, others and the business through fundamental organizational transformation.

In Module 1 the leaders experience the importance of building self-awareness and emotional intelligence to nurture an inclusive and safe psychological culture that allows trustful relationships, belonging, continuous learning and growth to thrive.

In Module 2 the leaders focus on building capabilities and experience in empowering, servant leadership, that is required for building autonomous teams that work in alignment with the purpose, values and objectives of the organization.

Module 3 of the Senior Leadership Program focuses on building the leaders adaptive leadership muscle and providing them with tools and techniques to develop adaptive teams and culture required to navigate the change in the digital, dynamic work environment of today.

The leaders experience practical application of New Ways of Working for the BANI environment in Module 4. Inspirational talks, and experiential learning and activities support leaders develop the capacities to build agile teams that work horizontally and across the ecosystem integrating AI, and new technologies to drive performance.

In Module 5 the program supports the leaders with guidance on how to nurture customer-centricity, digital savvy and cross-generational skills to drive the digital transformation of the business and enable the workforce to thrive in the future work environment.

The program enables leaders to refine their own leadership philosophy based on self-awareness, purpose, values continuous learning, authenticity, and empowerment of others.

The leaders begin the program with a diagnostic and survey, to identify their unique development goals, strengths and development areas. Throughout the program the leaders can access self-paced curated learning content which allows for leadership reflection and provides in-depth insights on the concepts and practices introduced during the program. Throughout the five theme-based modules (optional and customizable), the leaders participate in face to face or virtual theme-based workshops, which enable peer exchange and address the leaders’ specific leadership challenges. On completion of the various modules within the program, the leaders complete a quiz and receive a certificate of attendance.
