First-Line Leadership Development

In the First-Line Leadership Program, leaders develop and enhance knowledge and awareness of future-fit leadership concepts required in the digital, dynamic environment to lead themselves, others, the business and change effectively.

The leaders experience the importance of building an inclusive and safe psychological culture in which they can cultivate high performing teams through clarity and alignment on objectives, effective collaboration and communication, and a clear results focus.

Leaders build their critical thinking abilities, that enable them to balance short and long-term considerations and create strategic roadmaps for their areas that align with overall strategic objectives. They learn enhanced decision-making techniques and engage lateral thinking to enable change, innovation and optimization of processes, products and services.

The program develops communication excellence, that engages active listening, empathy, positive feedback, motivational skills and inspiring leadership. They promote effective communication with clarity, focus and compassion within their teams.

The program enables leaders to start to build their own leadership philosophy based on self-awareness, (strengths and development potential) continuous learning, authenticity, purpose and empowerment of others.

Throughout the program’s eight theme-based modules (optional and customizable), the leaders engage in self-paced learning, experiential and social learning. They can participate in face to face or virtual theme-based workshops, which enables peer exchange, and addresses the leaders’ specific leadership challenges.
On completion of the various modules within the program, the leaders complete a quiz and receive a certificate of attendance.
