Methodology
Before the workshop:
- Pre-Workshop Survey: Prior to the workshop, the participants / teams complete a survey to highlight strengths, challenges, knowledge and expectations for the workshop
- Digital Skills Assessment: Prior to the workshop, the participants complete a Digital Skills Assessment to evaluate status
During the workshop:
1- 2 Day Virtual or Face-to-Face Workshop /Customized to clients’ needs
- Facilitator-led Sessions: Open discussions and reflections on digital competency needs, digital transformation challenges and opportunities
- Group Activities: Explore participants´ current digital initiatives and change requirements (incl. AI), aspirations, capability enhancement requirements and roadmaps for closing the gaps
- Interactive Talks: Presentations from experts in cybersecurity and tech evangelists to provide a broader perspective on digital trends and industry best practices, offering individuals and teams the opportunity to interact with and learn from professionals
- Case Studies: Analysis of successful case studies to help bridge theory and practice, to allow individuals and teams to see how digital skills have been successfully applied in various industries, and how these can equally be adapted to their individual roles and organizations
- Action Plans: Collaboration to develop action plans with measurable goals and timelines to ensure a systematic approach to implementing digital transformation initiatives
After the workshop:
- Follow- Up: Offered post-workshop check-ins to track team´s and individual´s progress and address challenges and provide continued support through virtual/face-to face collaboration tools or resources
- Resources for Application: Providing accessible resources ensuring ongoing learning and application of digital transformation goals
- Certification: Upon completion of the workshop, the participants receive a certificate of workshop completion and a badge demonstrating successful completion of the Digital Upskilling Workshop
