  • Cultivate empathy among participants toward neurodivergent colleagues
  • Implement practical solutions to address challenges faced by neurodivergent employees

Target Group

The Neurodiversity at Work workshop is designed for professionals across various roles and departments within your organization, including:
  • Neurodivergent Individuals: To use the workshop as a platform for neurodivergent individuals to share their experiences, contribute to discussions, and actively participate in creating a more inclusive workplace
  • Neurotypical Leaders and their Teams: To gain a deeper understanding for the significance or neurodiversity in the workplace and provide insights for other leaders and team members to guide strategic decision-making and implement neuroinclusive practices
  • People and Culture Teams: Professionals, responsible for promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, to gain practical tools for designing and implementing effective neurodiversity initiatives

Methodology

Before the workshop:

  • Pre-Workshop Survey: Prior to the workshop, the participants complete a survey to highlight strengths and performance risks and their expectations for the workshop

During the workshop:
1- 2 Day Virtual or Face-to-Face Workshop / Customized to clients’ needs

  • Facilitator-led Sessions: Interactive sessions will engage participants in discussions, activities, and problem-solving exercises to encourage the practical application of neurodiversity principles
  • Expert Guest Speakers: Presentations from experts in neurodiversity to provide insights and offer in-depth knowledge and research findings, providing leaders, teams, and individuals with a solid foundation in neurodiversity
  • Case Studies: Analysis of successful neurodiversity initiatives in other organizations and identifying their best practices which can be extracted and applied to the leaders’, teams’, and individuals’ organizational context
  • Action Plans: Collaboration to develop action plans with measurable goals and timelines to ensure a systematic approach to implementing neurodiversity initiatives
  • Resources for Strategies: Providing accessible resources ensuring ongoing learning and application of inclusion of neurodiverse individuals

After the workshop:

  • Application to the participants work area: The program goes beyond theory; emphasizing the practical integration of neurodiversity at work using proven practices and principles
  • Certification: Upon completion of the workshop, the participants receive a certificate of workshop completion and a badge demonstrating successful completion of the Neurodiversity at Work Workshop
