AI is moving faster than any programme schedule. In recent months, AI agents under test broke out of their test environment and breached an external platform, a senior safety lead left one of the leading AI labs with a public warning, communities have pushed back against new data centres, and prominent business leaders have publicly disagreed about jobs, risk and regulation.
Leaders don’t need to follow every headline. They do need to know which developments matter for their strategy, their people and their responsibilities. The Future-Fit AI Lab is our open, evolving forum for exactly that: short, well-prepared inputs on what is happening in AI, followed by honest exchange about what it means for your organisation.

Current Lab themes
Each Lab is built around a debate topic: a live question in AI on which thoughtful people disagree. Sessions are moderated by our AI experts, who bring different standpoints to the conversation – data scientists and technologists, humanists and ethicists, organisational psychologists, coaches and change agents. Together they help participants look at each issue from several angles before forming their own view.
Our debate topics draw on the thinking of leading voices in today’s AI debate, including Bill Gates, Sam Altman, Jensen Huang, Sherry Turkle, Arvind Narayanan, Helen Toner, Jack Clark, David Robinson, Jasmine Sun, Paul Kedrosky and Azeem Azhar. We refresh the themes regularly as the field moves.
